Amazing things I saw

So this weekend was supposed to suck... I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth out friday morning. But it got postponed, so I got to see amazing stuff instead. On thursday night I saw the most serene republic, thats their pic up there. I'd never heard of them, but they were awesome! Who the hell has a trombone in a guitar group? But it worked... There was also a hot guy on stage in a raincoat with an umbrella. It was great. Then on friday I saw Romeo Dallaire. Wow. It's amazing how charismatic that guy is, you wouldn't know it from the picture. His voice is really distinctive too, it caught my attention. Its also amazing how someone who has been through what he has still has a sense of humour, and some optimism towards humanity as well. Some important questions to think about... What do you do when an army of 8-year-old kids starts shooting at you? Why are the lives of canadians and americans more important than the lives of people in africa? Are we prepared to make a comitement to developping nations, and are we prepared to have casualties? It was awesome.
